I’ve been living in this apartment community for a few months now, and I’m very happy with my decision to move here! The staff, especially Kerry, have been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process, making me feel welcome from the start. The apartment itself is great—well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The community events they host have also been a nice way to meet people and feel connected. The only downside is the parking situation, which can be a bit challenging at times. However, the overall experience and quality of life here more than make up for it. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

I love my apartment, the staff know who I am and the maintenance team is attentive. My suggestions for the future remain the same— visible security, regularly accessible doggy bags (even on weekends) and constant upkeep of the pool (I spend every weekend there in the summer and people are always complaining that it’s not clean).

I think the maintenance staff is great, the buildings are beautiful and the convenience is wonderful. But to pay for parking is absurd as people who don’t live here / don’t have a sticker are able to park in the paid lots. Lot of cars are parked ILLEGALLY or blocking the gate entrances. Basically feel like it’s stealing money to ask residents to pay for parking when you have a curfew here on weekdays it seems like. If you come home late on a workday you need to rush before 11 PM to get a spot. If you’re going to make residents pay for this, but not promise what you said you would deliver either do not charge us or assign spots or give us a number to call to tow people. It’s gotten worse.
